We invite all budding performing artists to take part in the sketch competition and present their work to a wider audience!
Spektaklių idėjų laukiame iki birželio 24 dienos. Teatro repertuarui tinkamiausioms idėjoms bus skirtas finansavimas ir pagalba kuriant eskizą, o konkurso nugalėtojams padėsime eskizą paversti pilnu spektakliu bei pristatyti jį Kauno miesto kamerinio teatro scenoje.
Apie eskizų konkursą:
In order to not only encourage young artists, but also to provide real support for the realisation of their ideas, we are traditionally launching an open call for young representatives of the performing arts to come up with ideas for productions aimed at young audiences (14-29 years old).
Atsižvelgę į ekspertų nuomones, atrinksime 3–4 teatro repertuarui tinkamiausias idėjas ir skirsime iki 700 EUR finansavimą jų eskizų sukūrimui (iki 15 min), kurie bus pristatyti viešai 2026 m. festivalio „Išeities taškas“ metu. Eskizų nugalėtojui bus suteikta galimybė sukurti pilną spektaklį, kuris bus įtrauktas į Kauno miesto kamerinio teatro repertuarą.
Conditions:
Eskizas turės būti įgyvendintas ir parodytas festivalio „Išeities taškas“ metu, 2026 m. rugsėjo mėnesį 23-24 d.:
- The competition is open to emerging performing artists up to the age of 35 (inclusive);
- The project must not have been shown publicly (sketches shown in previous competitions are eligible for this competition, as long as they have not yet been shown publicly as full productions);
- Projektas turi būti skirtas jaunai auditorijai (14–29 m.) ir pritaikomas Kauno miesto kamerinio teatro erdvėms (https://www.kamerinisteatras.lt/erdves/);
- The measures are not limited, but must be justified and enforceable.
Vertinimo kriterijai:
- The main selection criterion is the quality of the project/idea: the work must be structured, complete, coherent and justified;
- The size of the creative team is evaluated, as well as the adaptability of the format to the spaces of Kaunas City Chamber Theatre;
- The cost of the demonstration is taken into account (point 7 of the project estimate);
- Participants are asked to provide a preliminary estimate for the performance, which must be reasonable and justified.
